Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We also use limited browser storage for your display preference and video playback position. This policy explains what these technologies do on the M44 Coaching website.

2. Necessary cookies

Necessary cookies make core website features work and cannot be switched off through our consent controls. They support account sign-in, security, forms, your shopping basket and checkout.

Cookie	Purpose	Typical duration
Website session	Keeps your basket, sign-in state, form messages and security session working.	Up to 2 hours after activity
XSRF-TOKEN	Protects forms and account actions against forged requests.	Up to 2 hours after activity
m44_cookie_consent	Remembers whether you chose necessary cookies only or allowed analytics.	12 months
m44_apple_cart	Temporarily preserves an anonymous basket while completing Apple sign-in.	15 minutes

3. Optional first-party analytics

If you accept analytics, we record shop events such as viewing a product, adding an item to the basket, starting checkout and completing a purchase. These records use a one-way hash of the website session identifier and may include product, order, currency and value information. We do not store your IP address, browser user-agent or full payment details in these analytics records.

Analytics records are retained for up to 395 days. Choosing necessary cookies only stops new optional analytics events from being recorded.

4. Other browser storage

We use local browser storage to remember light or dark mode and, where available, your position in a Hitting Lab video. Theme preferences remain until you clear them. Video positions are removed when playback finishes, or when you clear your browser data.

5. Services operated by others

When you continue to Stripe to make a payment, or to Google or Apple to sign in, that provider may use cookies on its own website under its own privacy and cookie information. Those cookies are controlled by the provider rather than M44 Coaching.
